COMMON GONIOPORA

Common in murky lagoons and channels.  Encrusting or with short vertical lobes, calices more than 5mm in diameter, extended tentacles (24) not especially long, tan, brown or dark green, prominent oral cones and tentacle tips white or pink.  Indo-Pacific, Red Sea to Japan & Melanesia.
