COMMON STAGHORN CORAL

Common in shallow protected areas where it forms extensive thickets.  Long tapering branches with tubular radial corallites with flaring lips or mostly uniform size near branch tips.  Cream, brown or bluish with pink or white branch tips.  Formerly known as Acropora formosa.  Indo-Pacific excluding Hawaii.
