GRAY REEF SHARK Mano
Locally common on tropical reefs adjacent to open
water. Best identified by the bold black trailing edge on the tail
and the lack of an interdorsal ridge from the dorsal fin to the tail.
An aggressive territorial species that displays a
threat posture before attacking. Attains 6 feet. Hawai'i
and the Indo-Pacific.
