BLACKSTREAK SURGEONFISH

Common among sandy areas between coral at any depth.  Yellow outer portion of pectoral fins, black caudal spine, black streak extends back from eye, can display white bar on caudal peduncle.  Attains 16 inches.  East Africa to Okinawa and French Polynesia, excluding Hawai'i.
