Annual vine of dry forest and subalpine forest on Lana'i and leeward
Big Island of Hawai'i, where it appears after
winter rains then dying soon after. Compound fruit exceeding 25mm in
diameter, composed of 35-65 fusiform capsules, leaves with deep triangular
lobes. Endemic to Hawai'i. |
