Sicyos lasiocephalus
'ANUNU
Rare vine of dry 'ohia forest where it appears after
winter rains and dying soon after. Small fruit ellipsoid with wooly
hairs, 5-8mm long, leaves suborbicular or broadly cordate, with 5 to 7 lobes.
Moloka'i, West Maui, North Kona and leeward South Kohala, Hawaii Island. Endemic to
Hawaii. |
