PHILIPPINE MANTIS SHRIMP

Invasive smasher-type mantis shrimp that inhabits rubble burrows on shallow reef flats.  Dark green with yellow dots or entirely orange, five stout spines on tail.  Attains 2.5 inches.  Accidentally introduced to Hawaii from the Philippines, native to the Indo-Pacific.
