COPULA BOX JELLY

A cryptic nocturnal species which attaches itself within the reef using an adhesive pad atop the bell.  Animals emerge at night and will actively swim toward bright light.   Attains bell diameter of 0.5 inch.  Indonesia to Hawaii and Tonga.
