HAWAIIAN DARK-SPOTTED AUGER
Rare in
shallow water. Whorls turreted with punctate subsutural band and 3 - 4 rows of spiral pits
below. Attains 5 inches. Endemic to Hawaii. Formerly
known as Terebra achates. |
