PYGMY AUGER

Fairly common under rocks in shallow water.  Pink with brown spiral at suture, fine axial ribs.  Attains 0.5 inch, 13mm.  East Africa to Hawaii and the Cook Islands.  Formerly known as Terenolla pygmaea.
