WHITE-LIPPED DRUPE

Abundant on rocks in shallow water.  Spines short and blunt, aperture plain white.  Feeds upon worms and mollusks.  Attains 3/4 inch.  Red Sea to Hawaii and the Society Islands.  Formerly known as Drupa ricina.
