WILSON'S STROMB

Uncommon on sand-covered pavement deeper than 20 feet.  Color pattern variable, aperture edged with brown.  Attains 1.2 inches, 30mm.  East Africa to Guam, Hawaii, and Niue.  Formerly known as Strombus wilsoni.
