WARTY FROG SHELL

Rare under dead coral at any depth.  Shell flattened, posterior canals moderately long, spire aperture yellow or white.  Attains 4 inches, 101 mm.  Red Sea to Japan, Hawaii, and French Polynesia.  The rare endemic Bursa luteostoma has a taller spire, more rugged sculpture, and yellow aperture.
