GRANULATED FROG SHELL

Uncommon in shallow water under stones, where it preys upon segmented worms.  Shell moderately flattened, aperture white with lines on columella.  Attains 3.3 inches, 83mm.  Red Sea to Japan, Hawaii, French Polynesia; Gulf of Mexico to the Lesser Antilles.  Formerly known as Bursa granularis.
