BLUE-GREEN PTEROCLADIA

Abundant on rock in the intertidal & shallow subtidal.  Dark red to blue-green, or yellow green in bright sun, stiff flat branches twice divided but irregular.  Warm seas worldwide.  Formerly known as Pterocladia caerulescens.
