ZEBRA BLENNY
Common within tidepools exposed to surf. Leaps
readily when disturbed. Changes at will from entirely black to a
banded pattern. A raised flap of skin, or nuchal crest, is located
on the head behind the eyes. Attains 7.5 inches. Endemic to Hawaii. |
