SEAWEED PARROTFISH

Locally common but rarely seen as mobile aggregations
hidden in dense green seaweed beds deeper than 100 feet. Known
from leeward Maui and Oahu. Similar to, or may be a local form of
Indo-Pacific Calotomus
spinidens.
