CHOCOLATE-CHIP SEA CUCUMBER
| Occasional in deep water on sandy reefs around the Main Hawaiian Islands but shallower in the NWHI, therefore it may prefer cooler water. Dark brown papillae resembling tiny chocolate-chips edged with white. Attains 15
inches. Hawaiian animals resemble this Indo-Pacific species but more study is needed. |
