BISCULPTED CLAM
| Empty valves are uncommon in sediment deeper than 30 feet. White with
pink markings, glossy with fine axial threads on both ends, absent
medially, and concentric growth lines, pink apex. Attains 0.2 inch, 4mm.
East Africa to Japan, Hawaii, and the Society Islands. |
