Uncommon in sand at any depth.  Shell relatively thin, with a bold chevron pattern at the posterior end, white with a lavender flammules.  Attains 0.6 inch, 16 mm.  Red Sea to Taiwan,  Hawaii, and the Society Islands.  Formerly known as Grammatomya kanaka.
