STRAWBERRY DRUPE

Common on or under dead coral deeper than 15 feet.  The aperture is bright pink and yellow, and most are heavily encrusted with coralline algae.  Attains 2.4 inches, 60 mm.  East Africa to Hawaii and the Tuamotus.  Formerly known as Drupa rubusidaea.
