Uncommon under
stones in shallow water where it feeds upon oysters. The gray
shell has a lavender aperture and is usually eroded. Attains 1.6 inches,
40 mm.
Known from Madagascar, the Philppines, and Hawaii. Formerly known as Muricodrupa funiculus
and Muricodrupa fiscella. |
