ROSTRATE HORN

Uncommon on algae-covered surfaces in sheltered areas at any depth.  Lightweight with inflated whorls and finely beaded sculpture, ribs vary in number and texture, color also variable, cream with dark spiral dashes.  Attains 1.1 inches, 27 mm.  Red Sea to Hawaii and French Polynesia.
