LINED HORN

Common in sediment at any depth.  Glassy brown or cream with two faint spirals of alternating spots.  Attains 0.1 inch, 2 mm.  Red Sea to Japan, New Zealand, Hawaii, and the Tuamotus.  Formerly known as Diala varia.
