| Rare in Hawaii but common elsewhere, buried
in sand at any depth.
White or cream, sometimes with brown flecks or spiral lines, suture
impressed, axial ribs composed of nodules. Attains 2.3 inches, 60 mm. Red Sea to Japan, Hawaii, and
the Tuamotus. |
