BLACKSPOT NUDIBRANCH

A common species on shallow reef with blue sponge outside Hawai'i.  Since 2014 it has been seen within Pearl Harbor and near Kewalo Basin on O'ahu's south shore, indicating this may have arrived within ballast water or attached to a ship.  Attains 2.5 inches.  Hawai'i and the Indo-Pacific.
