| Rare in sand under slabs
deeper than 50 feet. Pinkish white with two orange bands and brown
flammules, spirals of brown dots, beaded spirals toward the magenta base. Attains
3 inches, 75 mm. Philippines to Okinawa, Hawaii,
and French Polynesia. Formerly known as
Conus circumactus. |
