GROOVED TRIPHORID
| Common under dead coral at any depth. Conic-elongate, three
equal spiral keels with smooth interspaces, brown marbled with lighter
& darker brown. Attains 0.4 inch, 10 mm. The smaller Viriolopsis
fallax has axial threads in the interspaces. East Africa
to Hawaii and the Tuamotus. |
